Dear Shanghai Trojans,

 

The Club cordially invites all alumni that are interested in joining and assisting the Alumni Club of Shanghai in its organization and execution of 2012 events during a General Meeting. The meeting will share a) the Club’s objectives, b) the calendar of events, c) the specific areas we will be focusing on and d) to designate individuals / teams to lead each area.

 

Broadly speaking the following focus areas have been defined for events: monthly social events, 2 annual signature events: gala & spring/fall event TBD, viewing of sporting events (football), USC campus annual/misc. events and service events.

 

We would also like to spearhead a) a scholarship fund and b) to initiate the “Tommy Awards” into our gala events – which honor local alumni’s for service committed to the community and club in order to encourage sponsorships to our CSR and scholarship funds.
